Traditional Thai Massage is a 2500 year old healing art from Thailand that combines acupressure, stretching and supported yoga postures with a rhythmic and meditative approach. Joints are gently loosened, muscles are stretched and internal organs are stimulated while you achieve a deep state of relaxation. Thai Massage will increase your flexibility and improve your overall sense of well-being.

Abhayanga is part of a larger science known as Ayurveda, a 6,000 year old holistic healing system from India. This massage is very invigorating yet relaxing and designed to release toxins from the cells and subcutaneous tissues. The treatment begins with an Indian Head and Scalp Massage with a special blend of herbal oils from India.  Your entire body is then massaged with a warm rejuvenating treatment oil prescribed in Ayurveda as an antidote to stress, exhaustion and overwork. Eighty minutes of pure bliss!
