This luxurious treatment begins with a guided inhalation to quiet the mind and create a sense of calm. Then a nourishing two-phase deep cleansing facial routine from Babor will leave the skin rosy fresh. An upper body Lymphatic Massage helps to relieve tension, enhance circulation and stimulate the immune system to eliminate toxins for an overall feeling of well-being. A Sculpting Facial Massage uses kneading, rolling, pressure point stimulation and gentle flowing elements to have an immediate effect – tightening, smoothing and defining. Next we incorporate a deeply relaxing head, neck and shoulder massage. The use of a low current high frequency scalp treatment stimulates blood flow, delivers oxygen and nutrients to hair follicles, reduces inflammation, and promotes a healthy scalp environment for hair growth. Flow into a blend of halo hydrotherapy and massage techniques to bring a deep sense of peace and tranquility. Synchronized 4-Hand Massage

This unique 60 minute treatment is performed by two therapists working in unison to create one fluid motion. A truly exceptional sensorial experience. Begin with an Indian Head Massage on the scalp, neck and shoulders while your feet are treated to a warm foot bath and exfoliation. Then a flowing and rhythmic full body massage with warm dosha balancing oils works on the physical and subtle bodies to bring balance and harmony to the body and mind. This treatment is designed to improve circulation, remove toxins, calm the nervous system, and enhance immunity. 60 minutes of pure bliss!

This healing experience integrates Traditional Thai Massage moves followed by a Lemongrass Oil Massage, hot towels and steamed Prakop herbal compress application. Our resident Thai Therapist, Poon Namphueng, will apply a deep but subtle pressure along meridian lines to loosen tight muscles and tendons.  A fabulous full body experience that leaves you feeling relaxed and energized.

Traditional Thai Massage is a 2500 year old healing art from Thailand that combines acupressure, stretching and supported yoga postures with a rhythmic and meditative approach. Joints are gently loosened, muscles are stretched and internal organs are stimulated while you achieve a deep state of relaxation. Thai Massage will increase your flexibility and improve your overall sense of well-being.

Abhayanga is part of a larger science known as Ayurveda, a 6,000 year old holistic healing system from India. This massage is very invigorating yet relaxing and designed to release toxins from the cells and subcutaneous tissues. The treatment begins with an Indian Head and Scalp Massage with a special blend of herbal oils from India.  Your entire body is then massaged with a warm rejuvenating treatment oil prescribed in Ayurveda as an antidote to stress, exhaustion and overwork.
