Tips for the Bride:

Six Months From Wedding Date – consultation to discuss what you would like to improve about your appearance and put a plan in place which may include IPL for pigmentation issues, regular microdermabrasion, facials or peels to address specific skin concerns, IPL hair removal, back facials, cellulite treatments etc.

Short Timeline – for those who have less planning time, stick with essentials like exfoliations and body smoothing treatments, a hydrating facial a week before, for plump dewy skin, and of course a manicure and pedicure a few days before the big day.

Do’s and Don’ts – Facials should be done no later than 4 days before the wedding day – waxing is also best 3 or 4 days prior – spray tanning should be done 2 days prior – nails are best done the day before or a few days before if you choose Shellac – a relaxing massage the day before is excellent for calming nerves – hair and makeup should be done the day of your wedding.

Prioritize – If you have budget constraints opt for at least a facial as no amount of makeup can give you the radiance of dewy skin that a facial can.

It’s Party Time – try to organize a spa-party so you not only have your essential spa treatments, but have some fun time together with the bridal party.
